Booking times for competitions and medals
When members book times online for entry to Competitions and Medals, the subsequent draw made is as detailed below:
Gents Wednesday Medals - the time selected online is the time that you will play
Gents Saturday Competitions & Medals - all entries are drawn and are not played at the time selected online. The draw for events is posted on the noticeboard at the club and can be viewed on the club website under 'Members Area' - 'Competition draws'.
Ladies Friday Medals - all entries are drawn and are not played at the time selected online. The draw for events is posted on the noticeboard at the club and can be viewed on the club website under 'Members Area' - 'Competition draws'.
Sunday Medals - the time selected online is the time that you will play
Mixed Events - entries are invited on an entry sheet on the Ladies noticeboard on the 1st floor outside the locker rooms. The draw for events is posted on the noticeboard at the club and can be viewed on the club website under 'Members Area' - 'Competition draws'.
Where an e-mail of time confirmation is received for Competition & Medal entries, that should only be referred to for your start time if either a Gents Wednesday Medal or a Sunday Medal. Otherwise the confirmation should be considered confirmation of entry to online booking and the subsequent draw should be viewed, as detailed above.
