The superb Blairgowrie Golf Club pro shop was completely renovated along with the clubhouse in September 2003 and re-opened in May 2004. The 1200 sq. ft layout is open-plan to the club reception and overlooks the 1st tee of the Rosemount Course.
In stock you will find all that best in golf equipment from leading manufacturers such as Ping, Galvin Green, Taylor made, Titleist, Ashworth, Lyle & Scott, Footjoy and Ecco to name but a few! We also carry an extensive range of ladies wear from the collection of Green Lamb, Liga, Ashworth & Dailly – so we think there is something for everyone, all at competitive prices.
For those of you who like your souvenirs we carry an extensive range of goods with the Blairgowrie logo- such as shirts, sweaters, crystal, brassware and luggage and we also have a magnificent limited edition print of the Rosemount course by leading golf artist Graeme Baxter.

Professional staff
CHARLES DERNIE - Head Professional Charles has 35 years experience in the business having learnt his golf in the renowned golfing town on Lytham St Annes. An Englishman who almost has Scottish credentials after 29 years residency, he is a former England Boy & Youth International and played the European Tour before moving to Scotland as a club pro. Charles has a particular interest in the Rules of Golf and is a qualified referee with the Royal and Ancient and PGA. He has officiated in several tour events for both ladies and gents and was the first British PGA member to referee a major championship in America. A particular highlight of his career was to referee the singles match in the Ryder Cup at the K Club between Robert Karlson and Tiger Woods in 2006 – his heart rate has only just returned to normal!
CALUM LAWSON PGA SENIOR ASSISTANT- Calum (23) has stepped up to be my leading assistant professional. Calum has now gone through all of his PGA exams and is looking forward to a promising career in golf. His desire to make a career from playing golf is shown by his hard work ethic. He also has a vast knowledge of the golf swing and this is proven by the quality of pupils he teaches. From professionals and plus handicap golfers to complete beginners, Calum enjoys the challenge and takes great satisfaction in helping you to improve your game!
NEIL CAMERON PGA ASSISTANT - Neil (26) from Perth has joined the PGA staff in the Blairgowrie Pro Shop. Neil has recently graduated from Stirling University with a Masters degree in Sports Coaching. Neil is a former Club Champion at King James VI Golf Club and has the current Course Record Holder with a 62 (-8). Neil is now going to be doing the PGA degree course at the Belfry and aims to be a leading teaching Professional as well as playing in Tartan Tour Assistant events.
STUART REEKIE PLAYING PROFESSIONAL - Stuart has left working and coaching at Blairgowrie golf club and has made the step up to try and make a career as a playing professional. Stuart looks forward to representing Blairgowrie golf club in competitions all over the UK.

Teaching:- We provide tuition 7 days a week by appointment only. Our facilities include an 8 bay driving range, a large practice ground, a short game area with bunkers and a putting green. We offer a comprehensive service from 1/2 hour lessons through to company clinics so please email us or call us on 01250 873116 with any special requests.

Custom Fit - It is my belief that a golfer will only play their best golf with equipment that suits them properly. Everyone is different in the way they swing the club, in their physical abilities and in their stature so "off the peg" clubs don’t always suit.
We have an extensive range of demo equipment from leading manufacturers such as Callaway, Ping, Titliest, Taylor-Made etc and we are available to join you on our practice facilities to custom-fit you with equipment to best suit your abilities. To complement our professional expertise and experience we also have state of the art ‘launch monitor’ equipment which accurately assess data such as club head speed, angle of attack and launch all of which helps you to be confident you are getting the best advice available.
