The wine is produced using outstanding cuvees that benefit from
the warmer
weather of this more southerly Burgundian region. On the palate it is
crisp,
refreshing with citrus fruit and a touch of fresh melon and green
apple.

A refined nose of ripe blackberry fruits and cedar wood. On the
palate flavours
of black and bramble fruits are balanced by soft tannins and an earthy

with a hint of oak.
SPARKLING WINE

Slightly nutty, almost marzipan fruit fills this wine, which has
good bottle
age and length. An older style sparkler, it is dry on the finish.

This flavourful wine is crisp and well balanced, with floral notes
of citrus blossoms,
a ripe pear and apple predominating with a lingering hint of toast and
