Terms and Conditions
Thank you for choosing the Blairgowrie Golf club for your outing. If you have been here before then we welcome you back, if this is your first visit then we look forward to welcoming you along for what we trust will be a most enjoyable day.
On receiving your booking confirmation please check all the details regarding tee times allocated and rates confirmed are correct.
A non-refundable deposit of £20 per player is required within 7 days on receipt of your booking confirmation, to secure the reservation. If this is not received then the booking will be deemed unnecessary and your booking cancelled.
Payments of Green Fees
On arrival at the Club all guests should check-in at the Reception/Professional Shop, where green fees and ‘catering’ (if pre-booked) must be settled before commencing play. One payment for the balance is requested from the organiser of the group.
We accept all major credit cards EXCEPT American Express and Diners cards and VAT receipts will be issued.
No refunds will be given.
Changes to Numbers
All changes to the number of guests playing should be notified to the reservations department seven days before the day of play. Any reductions in these numbers not notified 48 hours in advance may be charged in full.
Tee Time Allocation/Starter
Visitors will play from yellow tees and tee times run in 9 minute intervals on all courses. Handicap Certificates may be requested.
We have a (irons only) warm up area on site, tokens are available from Reception. The costs are; £1 for 25 balls.
If you have booked a Golf Buggy for your visit please check a few days in advance to make sure these will be available. If you cannot play without a buggy, please bring your medical certificate with you on the day as weather conditions may prevent use.
The following catering can be pre-ordered through the reservations department and added to your booking;
Coffee/Bacon Roll, Soup/Sandwiches, 2 Course Meal (Main & Sweet). Bar snacks are also available all day, or to book a table in our Jessie Valentine Restaurant please call (01250 872622 opt 5).
Dress Code/Course Etiquette
Blairgowrie Golf Club is a Private Members Club which prides itself on traditions. Guests to Blairgowrie are requested to respect the rules of the Club and are advised that smart casual dress is expected at all times. Shirts with collar and sleeves must be worn within the waistband of trousers, blue denim jeans and trainers are not permitted on the courses or within the Clubhouse. Tailored shorts are not permitted in the Restaurant. Spikes are allowed anywhere in the Clubhouse apart from the restaurant and lounge/bar area. Mobile phones are not permitted in the Clubhouse.
It is the sole responsibility of the organiser to ensure that all club rules are adhered to by members of individual groups.
